Job summary

Hong Kong Shine Tak Foundation seeks a visionary Chief Executive to lead the organization’s growth and social impact. The role oversees operations, budgets, and strategic initiatives across government-funded projects and fundraising campaigns, while stewarding relationships with stakeholders and partners.

The Chief Executive will drive governance improvements, public relations, and program development, ensuring alignment with the foundation’s mission and community goals.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in related disciplines (social services / NGO management).
• Proven leadership experience in a senior management or executive role (minimum 8 years).
• Experience in youth, education, or community service programs is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee foundation-wide operational strategies, daily administrative activities, and resource allocation for alignment and efficiency.
• Lead annual budget planning, cost control, and resource distribution; provide strategic guidance and staff management.
• Drive planning, execution, and evaluation of government-funded projects, fundraising campaigns, and social services programs.
