Job summary

The Society of Rehabilitation and Crime Prevention, Hong Kong, seeks a visionary Chief Executive (contract) in Wan Chai to provide strategic direction, drive growth and ensure organisational excellence. You will lead governance, operations, finances and people, while building strong partnerships with government, donors and the community.

Ideal candidate holds a Master degree and has senior NGO leadership experience, with fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

Qualifications

• Master degree in a related discipline, preferably in a helping profession.
• Senior executive experience leading sizeable organisations and driving strategic development.
• Strong governance, financial stewardship and talent management capabilities.
• Excellent communicator with strategic thinking and leadership skills.
