Job summary

Local Bank (Hong Kong) is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join its Retail Banking Division. The role focuses on providing exceptional service to VIP Banking clients, understanding their financial needs, and cross-selling wealth management products.

The candidate will manage acquisitions of new VIP customers and deepen existing relationships while ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures. English and Chinese proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with strong knowledge of wealth management products.
• Experience serving high net worth customers.
• Licensing qualifications HKSI & IIQE are preferred.
• Excellent grasp of financial markets and investment products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets for the branch.
• Understand customers' financial needs and cross-sell banking products.
• Acquire new VIP Banking customers through proactive sales efforts.
• Deepen existing relationships to increase share of wallet and portfolio value.
• Promote wealth management products following compliance guidelines.
