Job summary

Local Bank (Hong Kong) is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join its Retail Banking Division. The role focuses on providing exceptional service to VIP Banking clients, understanding their financial needs, and cross-selling wealth management products.

The candidate will manage acquisitions of new VIP customers and deepen existing relationships while ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures. English and Chinese proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with strong knowledge of wealth management products.
• Experience serving high net worth customers.
• Licensing qualifications HKSI & IIQE are preferred.
• Excellent grasp of financial markets and investment products.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer serviceand meet sales targets of the Branch
• Work to understand customers'financial needs for selling and cross-selling banking products for meetingcustomers' needs
• Acquire new VIP Banking customers through proactive sales acquisition effort
• Grow existing portfolio throughdeepening of customer relationship and work to increase share of wallet
• Provide professional service inselling of wealth management product by strictly adhering to sales processguidelines
• Provide excellent service qualityto VIP Banking customers and maintain disciplined customer contacts
• Work with product specialistswhere appropriate to provide services to VIP Banking customers

Requirements:

• Degree holder
