Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a seasoned Event Manager to lead offline activations for a market-leading medical aesthetics and premium wellness group. You will own high-profile events from concept to post-event analysis, delivering bespoke experiences for high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities include VIP open days, seminars, gala dinners and roadshows; driving VIP retention; forging cross-brand partnerships; and managing budgets, vendors, and on-site operations with a focus on ROI.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on event management experience in luxury/medical aesthetics or high-end hospitality.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Agency background in medical aesthetics is a plus.
• Proven track record in high-touch offline events for HNWIs.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute bespoke offline events such as VIP open days, seminars, gala dinners, and roadshows.
• Drive VIP retention and reactivation strategies.
• Forge cross-branding partnerships with luxury brands, 5-star hotels, private clubs, and premium venues for VIP acquisition.
• Oversee VIP loyalty touchpoints and tailored communications.
• Manage event budgets, vendor negotiations, on-site operations, and post-event ROI analysis.
