Oversee boutique activations, private viewings, and bespoke salon events in Hong Kong.
Build long-term VIP loyalty through personalized outreach and gifting.
Coach frontline sales teams to deliver world-class VIP service.
Implement data-informed client segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
Embodies the maison’s prestige in all client-facing and corporate initiatives.
