Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive on a 1-year contract to support a luxury brand across Hong Kong and Macau. You will report to the Regional Marketing Manager and drive 360-degree marketing, PR strategies, and VIP activations.

You will lead offline store activations, product launches, media previews and VIP events; cultivate key media relationships; manage KOLs and talent partnerships; craft bilingual copy; oversee samples and logistics; and deliver monthly

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
Minimum 3 years in brand marketing, PR, or events in luxury/fashion.
Strong network with HK lifestyle media, stylists, and KOLs.
Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin a plus; luxury copywriting skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
Proficient in MS Office and digital/social platforms.
Immediate or short-notice availability preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead offline store activations, seasonal product launches, media previews, and VIP events from brief to post-event review.
Maintain relationships with leading fashion, lifestyle media across HK and Macau; draft press releases and pitch brand stories.
Identify and manage relationships with KOLs, celebrities, and brand friends for seeding and collaborations.
Draft and refine editorial, social media, and campaign copy in English and Traditional Chinese (HK usage).
Oversee press sample requests, media loans, and logistics with high accuracy.
Monitor campaign analytics, social media dynamics, and competitor activities; deliver monthly PR and marketing ROI reports.
