Must have proven hands-on project management experience with a strong track record of delivering offline event concepts.
Experience in high-end CRM initiatives and customer loyalty programs.
Strong partner management and coordination skills with premium venues and luxury partners.

Responsibilities

VIP Offline Strategy & Innovation: conceptualize and deploy offline ideas for high-net-worth individuals and luxury consumers.
CRM & Customer Loyalty: develop and execute VIP reactivation and retention programs; manage VIP events and gifting.
Strategic Partnerships: negotiate and coordinate joint promotions with malls and external partners.
VIP Reactivation & Acquisition: design and implement targeted offline events for reactivating sleeping VIPs and acquiring new premium profiles.
Performance & Project Management: lead project execution, analyze campaign data, and optimize ROI.
