Job summary

Hillman Ross is seeking an IT account management lead to act as the primary IT contact for key accounts and VIP customers in Hong Kong. You will gather and manage IT requirements, support RFI/RFP/RFQ responses with solution proposals and cost estimations, and coordinate with IT Project Managers to ensure smooth handovers.

The role demands strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

Degree in IT, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related disciplines preferred.
Minimum 3 years' experience in IT key account management or customer-facing IT solutions roles.
Knowledge of WMS and familiarity with RFI/RFP/RFQ processes preferred.
Strong communication, client facing skills, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Act as the key IT contact for key accounts and VIP customers.
Gather and manage IT requirements from customers, operations, and business teams.
Support RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses, including solution proposals and cost estimations.
Coordinate with IT Project Managers to ensure smooth project handover and implementation.
Provide IT consultation during customer meetings and business development activities.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve IT processes and service delivery.
