The Langham, Hong Kong, part of Langham Hospitality Group, invites experienced guest services professionals to join our Front Office team. You will greet VIP guests, provide personalized services, and help deliver the highest standards of guest experience in a luxury environment.

With 1–2 years of hospitality experience and fluency in English plus Cantonese (Mandarin a plus), you will support the Front Desk and Guest Relations to ensure guest satisfaction and memorable stays at The Langham Hong

Formación

• Higher Diploma in hospitality-related discipline.
• University degree preferred.
• 1–2 years guest services experience; Front Desk is a plus.
• Pleasant, service-oriented and professional attitude.
• Sociable, mature and outgoing personality required.
• Strong Command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin (Conversational and Written);
• Additional language would be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Greet VIP, limousine arrival guests with special recognition and service personally.
• Perform in sophisticated personalized services as attending to special requests by guests and exceeding expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of special programs and events in the hotel in order to recognize and respond to guests needs.
• Assist in handling guest complaints and referring them as necessary and assist in follow up on corrective action.
• Assist the Front Desk and Head of Guest Relations in maintaining overall guest’s satisfaction in hotel lobby ; &
• Perform any other duties as required in meeting hotel guest’s expectation.
