Job summary

The Langham Hong Kong is seeking a Guest Services Ambassador to join our front-office team in Tsim Sha Tsui. You will perform lobby reception duties, including guest check-in and check-out, greet VIP guests, and handle enquiries with tact, delivering the high standards that define Langham hospitality.

Requires at least 1 year in the hotel industry, a higher diploma or above in hospitality, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year hotel industry experience or more
• Higher diploma or above in hospitality/hotel major
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Additional language skills are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Perform lobby reception duties including hotel guests check-in & check-out, enquiries, and cashier duties.
• Greet VIP guests.
• Handle guest comments and complaints with tact in accordance to the hotel’s policies and procedures.
• Promote hotel facilities including Health Club, Business Centre and F&B outlets.
• Follow up on amenities orders on a daily basis.
