You will oversee venue operations, ensure smooth on-site delivery, and support large-scale events with team planning and content development to meet high standards.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to coordinate VIP reception routes and itineraries.

Responsibilities

• Develop VIP reception routes and bilingual (Mandarin, English, Cantonese) introductions and content.
• Coordinate and manage conferences, meetings, and banquet receptions with pre-event planning and post-event review.
• Oversee daily venue operations, including facility checks and SOP development, driving continuous improvement.
• Assist large-scale events with proposals, stage setup, on-site coordination, and post-event execution.
• Support team operations, including shift planning, backup coverage, and on-site issue handling.
• Provide international-standard VIP reception services and maintain high reception and event standards.
