Job summary

Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is recruiting a Senior Exhibition Hall & Events Executive to manage VIP receptions and coordinate high-level corporate events at our Hong Kong venue. You will design reception plans and deliver polished presentations for government, corporate, and institutional visitors in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

The role requires hands-on end-to-end event planning, on-site execution, and post-event review, with a focus on international etiquette and seamless

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English with strong on-site presentation skills.
• Experience in VIP receptions or government/corporate events is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Design VIP reception plans and guided tours for government, corporate, and institutional visitors.
• Deliver on-site exhibition hall presentations in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
• Plan and execute high-level corporate events including government meetings, matchmaking sessions, and signing ceremonies.
• Oversee exhibition hall operations, logistics, and on-site contingency handling.
