Qualifications

• Professional appearance and polished interpersonal skills with strong business service awareness.
• Clear and fluent communication in Mandarin and Cantonese with on-site crisis handling ability.
• Strong spoken English, capable of delivering full English exhibition presentations (IELTS Speaking Band 7).
• Excellent event coordination, organizational, and cross-team collaboration skills for managing complex tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design VIP reception routes and deliver professional presentations in Chinese and English, covering corporate topics.
• Fully manage the reception of business meetings and banquets, including pre-event coordination, proposal development, liaison, on-site support, F&B service, and ceremony management.
• Oversee daily venue operations and identify issues, propose improvements, and optimize service processes and standards.
• Manage large-scale event reception and content creation, including proposals, stage setup, decor, task allocation, and cross-department coordination.
• Support daily team operations, on-duty checks, shift coverage, and incident handling.
