You will assist with VIP registration, inbox and hotline support, CRM initiatives, and on-site event logistics, working across pre-show, show days, and post-event activities. The role demands exceptional customer service, discretion, and a professional, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Professional demeanor under pressure.
• Friendly, discreet, punctual and detail-oriented.
• Languages: English, Mandarin, Cantonese; others preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel; basic database navigation.

Responsibilities

• Assist VIP registration and VIP inbox/ hotline support.
• Support CRM projects and data processing.
• Coordinate pre-show and on-site event logistics.
• Maintain guest lists and RSVP status.
• Oversee check-in operations and on-site setup/dismantle.
• Produce post-event attendance reports.
• Coordinate VIP programs and benefits.
• Provide administrative support and calendar management.
• Adapt to new challenges as needed.
