• Bachelor degree and 3+ years of reception experience.
• Strong spoken English proficiency; IELTS level or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and polished interpersonal skills with strong business service awareness.
• Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese with excellent on-site communication and crisis-handling ability.

Responsibilities

• VIP Reception & Presentation: design VIP routes and deliver presentations in Chinese and English.
• End-to-End business meeting & banquet reception: pre-event coordination, liaison, on-site service and post-event review.
• Venue daily operations & management: facility checks and service process optimization.
• Large-scale event reception & content curation: proposal writing, stage setup, decoration and cross-department coordination.
• Team support & contingency handling: shift coverage and incident management.
