You will plan VIP receptions for senior executives, government officials, and high-net-worth individuals; design itineraries; coordinate meetings, receptions and private dining; and oversee the full event lifecycle.

Plan and deliver VIP reception experiences for senior executives, government officials, business partners, and distinguished guests
Design customized visit itineraries and conduct professional presentations on the company's business, culture and key initiatives
Coordinate and execute executive meetings, business receptions, signing ceremonies, networking events, private dining functions and corporate hospitality programs
Manage the full event lifecycle, including planning, stakeholder liaison, venue setup, on-site operations, catering arrangements and post-event evaluation
Oversee the daily operations of the hospitality venue, ensuring exceptional service quality, operational efficiency, safety, and guest experience
Manage vendors, procurement, inventory and operational resources to support smooth venue operations
Develop and continuously enhance service standards, operating procedures, and hospitality protocols
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of VIP visits, events, and special projects.
Handle ad hoc assignments and respond effectively to operational issues and urgent situations.
Bachelor's degree or above
Minimum 3 years of experience in VIP hospitality, executive reception, event management, luxury hospitality, corporate protocol, private club operations, high-end restaurant management, airline premium services, or related fields
Experience serving government delegations, C-suite executives, business leaders, or high-net-worth individuals
Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with the ability to independently host international VIP guests
Strong knowledge of business etiquette, international protocol, dining etiquette, and premium hospitality service standards
Knowledge of tea culture, wine service, cocktail service, floral arrangement, or other hospitality-related skills
Strong service mindset with exceptional attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Basic design skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools are an advantage
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under pressure
Hong Kong Island, OT is required based on business and event needs
A mandatory one-month off-the-job training program in Hangzhou will be provided upon joining
1-year renewable contract,subject to individual performance and business requirements
