Job summary

ManpowerGroup Greater China Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a Senior Exhibition Hall & Events Executive to manage VIP receptions and high-level corporate events, coordinating with government and corporate visitors in an international setting.

You will lead VIP presentations in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, oversee end-to-end event execution, and maintain exhibition hall operations with standardized SOPs and on-site problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience in VIP reception planning and events coordination.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
• Strong on-site crisis management and client liaison.

Responsibilities

• VIP exhibition hall presentation and content management for diverse visitors.
• End-to-end coordination of high-level corporate events at the Hong Kong exhibition hall.
• Oversee exhibition hall operations, SOPs, and on-site issue resolution.
