Shenwan Hongyuan (H.K.) Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced professional to lead the debt capital markets coverage for corporate issuers and financial sponsors. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, advising on capital structure, and delivering tailored financing solutions to clients.

You will oversee client presentations, manage deal pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute complex debt transactions.

• Experience in DCM, debt capital markets, and bond issuances.
• Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Strong client relationship management and advisory skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
• Fluency in English and Chinese with strong communication skills.

Description du poste

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporate issuers, financial sponsors, and financial institutions;
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the debt capital markets, including investment-grade bonds, high-yield bonds, private placements, and liability management transactions;
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insights, financing strategies, and tailored solutions to meet their specific capital structure objectives;
• Lead the preparation and delivery of client presentations, pitch books, and strategic.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 years experiences or above in DCM, syndicate, or related finance roles preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail;
• Familiarity with debt capital markets and bond issuance processes;
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools for data analysis and reporting;
• Fluent in English and Chinese, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated and capable of handling multiple tasks in a high-pressure work environment;
• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and adaptability;
• Ability to work independently and proactively address challenges.
