• Deep knowledge of DCM execution processes, bond documentation, offering circulars, and regulatory frameworks.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) is mandatory.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in legal research databases and document automation platforms.

• Assist with bond issuances, MTN programmes, dim sum bonds, and liability management transactions.

• Conduct rigorous document checklist reviews, proofreading, verification, and prospectus annotations.
• Handle documentation related to closings, signing ceremonies, conditions precedent, and post-completion bibles.
• Coordinate multi-jurisdictional filings and liaise with regulators, external advisers, and clearing systems.
• Manage multiple live deals simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced US law firm environment.

• Provide comprehensive legal and transactional support to Partners and Associates in the Hong Kong office across the full spectrum of DCM deals.
• Assist leading global financial institutions and corporate issuers with bond issuances, Medium Term Note (MTN) programmes, dim sum bonds, and liability management transactions.
• Review initial and subsequent drafts of transaction documentation, offering circulars, pricing supplements, and subscription agreements, summarising key changes for clients.
• Conduct rigorous document checklist reviews, detailed proofreading, verification exercises, and prospectus annotations.
• Handle documentation relating to transaction closings, signing ceremonies, conditions precedent, and post-completion bibles.
• Coordinate multi-jurisdictional filings and liaise directly with regulatory bodies, including the SFC and HKEX, as well as external advisers and clearing systems.
• Manage multiple live deals simultaneously with a high level of efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Juris Doctor (JD), or equivalent legal qualification from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience focusing on Debt Capital Markets (DCM) within an international or top-tier local law firm; candidates with extensive broader capital markets or corporate transactional exposure are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Deep knowledge of DCM execution processes, bond documentation, offering circulars, and relevant international capital market regulatory frameworks.
• Native or professional fluency in written and spoken English and Traditional/Simplified Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) is mandatory.
• Exceptional organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and the flexible mindset needed to manage tight transaction timelines in a fast-paced US law firm environment.
• Proficient in legal research databases and legal document automation platforms.
