Job summary

AIA (Vietnam) Life Insurance in Hong Kong seeks an Administrative Support member for the Underwriting Department. You will provide comprehensive administrative support and manage routine tasks to ensure smooth operations and high underwriting service standards.

Responsibilities include handling complex payment refunds with AML checks, preparing monthly UNI reports, document scanning, UNI letters, and coordinating medical report copies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate Degree; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• 2+ years of administrative or operations support experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong team player with a positive, responsible work attitude.
• Professional, polite and service‑oriented approach.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain well‑structured records.
• Proficiency in MS Office; good written and verbal English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of the Underwriting Department and the team.
• Handle complex payment refund processes with AML checks and prepare monthly UNI reports.
• Manage document scanning, processing UNI letters and coordinating requests for medical report copies.
• Perform ad hoc administrative support for projects, audits, and other tasks.
