Qualifications
- University degree required.
- Knowledge of medical aspects (anatomy, physiology, disease).
- Competent underwriter with authority to approve certain cases.
- Understanding of financial and medical underwriting processes.
- Proficient PC skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access.
- Strong English and Chinese communication skills.
- Customer‑oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Perform risk assessment of medical cases up to authorization limit.
- Ensure new business tasks comply with policies and guidelines.
- Provide sellers' enquiries supports.
- Review underwriters' work when required.
- Provide second approval for referred applications.
- Assist Team Leader to monitor and report on requests.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments.
