Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• STEP qualification strongly preferred.
• HKCGI, CPA, ACCA or ICA would be advantageous.
• 12+ years of trust and fiduciary experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of trust structures, fiduciary governance, succession planning and Hong Kong regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience leading trust administration teams and managing complex client relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen and business development capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English required; Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be advantageous.

Our client is seeking an experienced Trust Director to lead their Hong Kong Trust team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of trust and fiduciary services to a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, family offices, private banks and intermediaries.
