Job description

A mid sized trust and fiduciary services firm are looking for a detail-oriented Trust Administrator to manage a portfolio of private trusts, new trusts and corporate structures, and employee share plans (ESOP/RSU). Based in the Central HK office, you will handle daily fiduciary administration, cross-border compliance, and client liaison, with a clear pathway to operational leadership.

Key responsibilities

Administer trusts and underlying companies; draft resolutions/minutes; process distributions, share vesting, and fund transfers; manage accounts, reconciliations, and fee invoicing.

Assist with KYC/CDD reviews, FATCA/CRS reporting, Economic Substance filings, and TCSP regulatory obligations; proactively identify legal/tax risks.

Serve as primary contact for HNW clients, beneficiaries, and external advisers (legal, tax, banking); support onboarding with proposals and trust deeds.

Maintain audit-ready documentation; enhance SOPs and internal templates; support team training and aspire to a supervisory role as the business grows.

About you

Degree holder (Accountancy/Business/Law) with minimum 2 years in trust, fiduciary, or TCSP operations (ESOP/EBT experience is a plus).

Strong working knowledge of HK trust structures, AML/CTF, KYC, CRS, and FATCA.

STEP, ICSA/CGI preferred—or working towards it.

Fluent English; Cantonese/Mandarin is a strong advantage.

Meticulous, analytical, discreet, and able to work independently with multiple stakeholders.
