L'VOYAGE Travel Company Limited seeks a meticulous Travel Concierge to curate and execute end-to-end luxury travel and lifestyle arrangements for our UHNW private aviation clientele. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Languages, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in high-end lifestyle concierge, luxury travel agency, VIP hotel guest relations, or private family office travel management.
• Solid understanding of international luxury hospitality standards, VIP airport fast-track protocols, high-end ground transportation networks, and global transit logistics.
• Proven track record of handling discerning UHNW clients, corporate leadership, and international VIPs with flawless etiquette, emotional intelligence, and absolute confidentiality.
• Outstanding problem-solving agility, acute attention to detail, and the ability to manage urgent itinerary changes under fast-paced operational conditions.
• Strong proficiency in travel booking systems, itinerary management software, CRM databases, and advanced communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Curate, design, and manage highly personalized travel itineraries, ensuring every detail aligns with client preferences, flight schedules, and lifestyle expectations across domestic and international destinations.
• Secure preferred access, upgrades, and high-priority bookings at top-tier luxury hotels, private villas, exclusive resorts, Michelin-starred restaurants, and private social clubs worldwide.
• Coordinate seamless tarmac transfers, luxury chauffeur services, private yacht charters, Fast-Track VIP airport customs clearance, and global transit logistics in full alignment with flight arrival/departure times.
• Manage complex and dynamic lifestyle requests—ranging from high-end entertainment access and private tour curation to emergency itinerary modifications, with exceptional responsiveness, adaptability, and discretion.
• Build, maintain, and leverage strategic relationships with luxury hotel groups, premium DMC partners, high-end ground operators, and global lifestyle networks to unlock exclusive privileges for clients.
• Work in real-time alignment with internal Flight Operations and Client Relationship Managers to ensure synchronized flight-to-ground transitions and zero-friction client journeys.
• Maintain detailed profiles of client preferences, dietary restrictions, accommodation nuances, and family/guest details to ensure consistently proactive and hyper-personalized service.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Travel Concierge to curate and execute end-to-end luxury travel and lifestyle arrangements for our ultra-high-net-worth (UHNWI) private aviation clientele. Working closely with our Member Relations and Flight Operations teams, you will advise upon and seamlessly deliver the full spectrum of the client's end-to-end travel lifecycle—including inflight preferences, luxury accommodation, bespoke itineraries, premium ground transportation, VIP airport services, transit logistics, fine dining reservations, and exclusive lifestyle privileges. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will leverage your global supplier network and high cultural intelligence to deliver flawless, high-touch luxury service across every stage of the journey.

About you
