Job summary

Tai Hing Worldwide Development Ltd in Fotan, Hong Kong, is seeking a Training & Development Officer to design and deliver comprehensive training programs across the group, including in-house sessions, external classes, and staff engagement activities. The ideal candidate will identify learning needs and translate them into structured curricula.

Responsibilities include preparing and updating training materials (video editing where needed), recording and evaluating program effectiveness,

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Business/HR/Training and Development.
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Immediately available is highly preferred.

Job description

Responsible for handling full spectrum of Training & Development functions, including in-house training and seminars, external training classes and staff engagement activities;

Identify training needs, formulate schedule and implement learning & development program to meet the business need and development goals;

Prepare, update and review training materials including video editing for different training classes in accordance with various requirements & purpose;

Record, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of each training program;

Support and monitor Mystery Shopping Program and propose improvement plans & actions;

Handle ad-hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

Diplomaholder or above in Business, Human Resources, Training and Development or related disciplines;

Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in designing and delivering training programs, candidate with F&B or retail background is an advantage;

Good knowledge in video shooting/ editing;

Strong sense of ownership and self-motivated with good organizational and communication skills;

A team player and able to work independently;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing is a must;

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;

Immediately available is highly preferred;

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Training Officer
