The role emphasizes digital innovation, automation, and scalable operating models, with a focus on delivering tangible process improvements, stakeholder alignment, and sustainable growth in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Formación

• 15 years of financial services experience.
• Proven track record leading large transformation and enterprise change programs.
• Experience driving technology adoption and automation initiatives.
• Strong risk management and governance knowledge.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin language skills would be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic transformation and change programs across the organization.
• Build and mentor a 3–5 person team, creating succession plans.
• Oversee digital automation, AI-enabled tools, and modern workflows.
• Establish governance frameworks, controls, and best practices.
• Oversee payment and fee administration and related controls.
• Deliver cross-functional projects from planning to execution.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to drive initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Develop future operating models to support growth.
• Promote continuous improvement and adoption of new ways of working.
