• Approximately 10 years of experience within trade operations or related financial services functions.
• Strong understanding of trading workflows, risk controls, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Trade Operations Oversight: manage day-to-day execution and support of trading activities in a controlled environment.
• Trading Support & Issue Resolution: act as central point of contact for clients and stakeholders, resolve issues promptly.
• Operational Risk Management: monitor processes, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Process Improvement & Automation: review workflows and leverage technology to improve productivity.
• Project Delivery & Change Management: lead platform enhancements and transformation initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management: collaborate with internal teams and external participants to ensure quality service.
• Policy, Governance & Controls: develop and maintain procedures, control frameworks, and contingencies.
