Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank Hong Kong is seeking a skilled leader to oversee end-to-end system administration for Trade Services and drive multi-year transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute complex projects while ensuring stability, security, and performance of trade operations platforms.

The role requires a strong operational mindset, senior leadership experience, and the ability to manage budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing digital transformation projects within the Trade Operations domain.
• Comprehensive understanding of trade finance products, process workflows, regulatory frameworks and accounting principles.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong operational mindset.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Outstanding stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including Cantonese and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end system administration for Trade Services, enhancing productivity and service quality.
• Own leadership of large-scale, multi-year legacy system transformations with cross-functional teams.
• Develop transformation strategies with delivery plans, timelines and budgets to meet objectives.
