Qualifications

• 12+ years in operations or post-trade roles in banking or securities.
• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management in regulated environments.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end post-trade operations across settlement, clearing, cash management, data, and reporting.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement across platforms and BAU processes.
• Maintain controls, governance, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
• Build and develop a high-performing team with cross-functional collaboration.
• Support cross-border operations spanning HK, China, US, and other markets.
• Escalate and resolve complex operational issues with senior stakeholders.
