Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is recruiting a client-facing trade support specialist within a leading financial services firm in Hong Kong. You will serve as the primary contact for clients, handling trade execution support, inquiries, and platform issues with professionalism.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of financial products, including equities, options, futures, and FX.
Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services.
Background in operations, compliance, electronic trading, or fund administration preferred.
Fluent in English, Chinese, and preferably Mandarin; HKSI/FINRA licensing is an advantage.
University degree

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing timely support on trade execution and inquiries.
Assist clients with trading across multiple asset classes such as equities, futures, options, FX.
Monitor daily trading activities and investigate discrepancies; escalate as needed.
Handle client inquiries and complaints, collaborating with internal teams.
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.
