Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a candidate to support the development and maintenance of trading platforms, analyze data, and enhance system functionality for smooth operations.

The role involves collaborating with internal teams, implementing analytics tools, monitoring performance, and preparing stakeholder reports while ensuring regulatory compliance. A 3+ year track record in system development or client support and fluency in English and Chinese are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration or relevant discipline
• At least 3 years of working experience under system development or client support
• Strong attention to detail with a clear and logical approach
• Able to work collaboratively with team members
• Strong ability to learn quickly and understand policies, procedures, systems, processes and controls
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of trading platforms to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze trading data to generate actionable insights and improve performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance system functionality and resolve technical issues.
• Assist in implementing analytics tools for better data visualization and reporting.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization.

• Provide technical support and training to users as needed.
