Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Trading Platform System Associate to support the development and maintenance of trading platforms, ensuring smooth operations for a leading financial institution.

You will analyze trading data to generate insights, collaborate with internal teams to enhance functionality, implement analytics tools, monitor performance, and prepare reports for stakeholders to support informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration or relevant discipline.
• At least 3 years of working experience under system development, client support experience.
• Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner.
• Work collaboratively with team member.
• Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the development and maintenance of trading platforms to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyzing trading data to generate actionable insights and improve performance.
• Collaborating with internal teams to enhance system functionality and resolve any technical issues.
• Assisting in the implementation of analytics tools for better data visualization and reporting.
• Monitoring system performance and identifying areas for optimization.
• Preparing reports and documentation for stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in all platform-related activities.
• Providing technical support and training to users as needed.
