Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an Associate with end-to-end trading system knowledge to join the team. You will monitor system health, analyze KPIs, and support change management throughout project delivery.

The role requires 1–3 years in system development or support within financial services, and a strong ability to communicate in English and Chinese. An exposure to trading platforms and regulatory environments is preferred, with excellent exposure and growth

Qualifications

1–3 years in system development, application support, or client support for mission-critical platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in financial services or regulated industries is an advantage.
Exposure to platform development or technology projects is preferred.
Knowledge of trading platforms, market practices, and/or derivatives products is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to explain technical concepts to business users.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Monitor and support overall system health by analyzing key performance indicators.
Participate in impact assessments for system changes and prepare related documentation to support the change management process.
Analyze business and system requirements, and prepare/review testing documents, including test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
Execute testing activities, validate results, and assist in investigating and resolving issues identified during testing.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end system and operational readiness.
Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders to support project delivery and daily operations.
Perform ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor.
