Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is recruiting a client-facing trade support specialist within a leading financial services firm in Hong Kong. You will serve as the primary contact for clients, handling trade execution support, inquiries, and platform issues with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial products, including equities, options, futures, and FX.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services.
• Background in operations, compliance, electronic trading, or fund administration preferred.
• Fluent in English, Chinese, and preferably Mandarin; HKSI/FINRA licensing is an advantage.
• University degree

Job Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely support on trade execution, account inquiries, and platform-related issues via phone, email, and online channels.
• Assist clients with trading activities across multiple asset classes, including equities, futures, options, fixed income, FX, and other investment products, ensuring a smooth client experience.
• Monitor daily trading activities and investigate trading exceptions, account discrepancies, and operational issues, escalating matters where necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
• Handle client inquiries and complaints professionally, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain a high standard of customer service.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, support system enhancement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and client experience.

The Successful Applicant

• Strong knowledge of financial products, including equities, options, futures, and FX.
