Job summary

Dah Sing Financial Group is seeking a Trade Operations Specialist/Sr. Trade Operations Specialist/Assistant Operations Manager to support trade services, ensure compliance, and handle inquiries.

The role requires attention to AML and international trade guidelines with experience in LC/documentary collections. Candidate with LC documents checking experience and CDCS/Certified Banker qualification is an advantage; others will be considered at the specialist level.

Qualifications

• Secondary graduate with minimum 5 years’ experience in trade operations.
• Knowledge of ICC rules and banking requirements is preferred.
• Certification such as CDCS or Certified Banker is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and prepare reports as part of daily operations.
• Support checking of Export/Import Bills drawn under L/C and documentary collections.
• Review OB Loans and Packing Loans applications and credit limits.
• Interface with customers and banks to resolve trade service issues.
• Ensure compliance with AML, fraud checks, and ICC rules; report irregularities to supervisor.
• Perform clerical tasks as assigned by supervisor.
