Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in Banking, Finance or related disciplines.
• At least 4+ years of work experience in trade operation fields.
• Possesses professional knowledge and experience in bill transaction.
• Familiar with ICC practices (UCP600, URDG758, ISP98) and local regulations.
• Strong risk management awareness.
• CDCS/CITF professional qualifications.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software.
• Good command of English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the business under supervision, and conduct productivity management to ensure business operations are lawful, compliant, safe, and efficient.
• Participate in formulating work regulations, detailed rules, guidelines, etc., and provide recommendations to improve various rules and procedures.
• Assist in researching methods to improve operational processes and reduce operational risks, with the aim of enhancing operational efficiency and achieving optimal cost-effectiveness.
• Assist in defining system requirements for the business under supervision, and oversee system management, new feature implementation, and operational effectiveness.
• Review work documents and process authorized transactions within delegated authority, guide subordinates in handling complex cases, and assist in following up on operational errors and incidents.
• Coordinate with frontline marketing by visiting clients, introducing operational procedures for relevant products, and following up on customer service needs.
• Maintain good relationships with external institutions, industry peers, and clients, monitor market developments, and report to superiors in a timely manner.
• Support regional operations and assist in managing the line operations of branches and subsidiaries.
• Undertake short-term assignments for providing operational guidance and training.
