Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in banking, finance or related field.
• 1+ years in trade operation fields.
• Knowledge of bill transactions.
• Familiar with ICC practices (UCP600, URDG758, ISP98) and local regulations.
• Strong risk management awareness.
• CDCS/CITF qualifications.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Formulate work regulations and guidelines; propose improvements.
• Research methods to improve processes and reduce risks.
• Define system requirements; oversee system management and new features.

• Maintain relationships with external institutions; monitor market developments.
• Support regional operations and branch line operations.
• Undertake short-term assignments for operational guidance and training.
