Job summary

Dah Sing Financial Group seeks an experienced Trade Operations professional in Hong Kong to manage a range of customer service tasks, document checking, and loan-related operations. You will ensure compliance with L/C, UCP rules, and ICC guidelines while maintaining high service standards.

This role requires a secondary graduate with at least 5 years in trade operations, with advantages for CDCS certification and strong customer service background.

Qualifications

• Secondary graduate with minimum 5 years’ experience in trade operations industry.
• Knowledge in ICC rules and guidelines as well as banking requirements.
• Certified Banker / CDCS is an advantage; rich customer services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer services functions including handling inquiries and reports preparation.
• Support checking Export and Import Bills under L/C and documentary collections per UCP rules.
• Handle OB Loans and Packing Loans transactions including reviewing applications and Credit Limit.
