TTM Technologies, Inc. in Hong Kong seeks a Total Rewards Systems Analyst to oversee Workday compensation and benefits configuration, data governance, and reporting. You will administer the Comp AI Tool, manage survey feeds, and coordinate with HR Tech and vendors on enhancements.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in HRIS/compensation systems, strong Workday knowledge, and experience with BenAdmin platforms. Prior exposure to global benefits is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HRIS, IS, HR, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years HRIS/compensation or benefits systems administration.
• Strong Workday HCM knowledge — comp and/or benefits module.
• Experience with BenAdmin platforms (Empyrean, bswift, Benefitfocus, or similar).
• Data audits, carrier feed management and system reconciliation experience.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and validate approved compensation and benefits configuration in Workday with HR Technology.
• Administer the Comp AI Tool — access, feeds, configuration, and integration.
• Monitor data quality, benchmarking outputs, and automated survey feeds.
• Develop dashboards and perform data governance for total rewards data.
• Support benefits processes, open enrollment testing and carrier feeds.
• Coordinate with vendors on enhancements and updates.
