Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a field-based sales professional in Hong Kong to drive market penetration and sales execution for our surgical stapling portfolio in private theatres and public hospitals.

You will conduct product demonstrations, inservices, and hands-on theatre support, build relationships with KOLs and hospital procurement, monitor HA tender opportunities, and oversee initial local supply chain labeling at the HK warehouse to ensure compliant delivery.

Responsibilities

• Market Penetration & Sales Execution: Identify, target, and convert high-potential surgical accounts. Drive adoption of our stapling portfolios in private operating theatres and public hospitals.
• Clinical Detailing & Theatre Support: Conduct product demonstrations, inservices, and provide hands-on, in-theatre technical support to surgeons and theatre staff during live surgical cases.
• Relationship Management: Leverage existing networks to build partnerships with KOLs, Chiefs of Surgery, and hospital procurement.
• Tender & Contract Management: Monitor and identify public hospital tender opportunities via Hospital Authority network. Prepare, submit, and manage bids.
• Operational & Warehouse Support: Oversee initial local supply chain. Ensure labeling with local bilingual stickers before hospital delivery.
• Market Intelligence: Provide feedback to China HQ on competitor pricing, market shifts, and surgeon feedback on stapler performance.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Penetration & Sales Execution: Identify, target, and convert high-potential surgical accounts. Drive adoption of our manual and powered stapling portfolios in private operating theatres and public hospitals.
2. Clinical Detailing & Theatre Support: Conduct product demonstrations, inservices, and provide hands‑on, in‑theatre technical support to surgeons, scrub nurses, and theatre managers during live surgical cases.
3. Relationship Management: Leverage existing networks to build strong partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Chiefs of Surgery, and hospital procurement departments.
4. Tender & Contract Management: Monitor and identify public hospital tender opportunities via the Hospital Authority (HA) network. Prepare, submit, and manage competitive bids.
5. Operational & Warehouse Support: Oversee the initial local supply chain. Ensure that products imported from our China facility are properly labeled with local bilingual over‑stickers (LRP information/HKMD numbers) at our HK warehouse prior to hospital delivery.
6. Market Intelligence: Provide regular feedback to China HQ regarding competitor pricing, market shifts, and surgeon feedback on powered stapler performance.
