You will assist in recruitment planning, participate in committees, help design new offerings, and handle enquiries and complaints. A recognised degree and at least 2 years’ experience are required, with strong English and Chinese communication.

Institute of Professional Education And Knowledge (PEAK) is one of the member institutions of the Vocational Training Council responsible for the provision of in-service training and professional examination services. More than 200 major companies have utilised its corporate training services.
(a) To perform student admission, record management and programme administration for training programmes and award-bearing programmes;
(b) To support the planning, coordination and execution of student recruitment activities;
(c) To undertake committee work in various committees, boards and meetings;
(d) To assist in the design and development of new programmes;
(e) To perform administrative duties and support matters relating to quality assurance and accreditation / validation;
(f) To handle students, public enquiries and complaints; and
(g) To perform any other duties assigned by the Principal of PEAK to support the smooth operation of the unit.
(a) A recognised degree or equivalent qualification;
(b) At least 2 years’ relevant work experience in programme administration;
(c) Result-driven, service-oriented with good presentation, problem-solving, negotiation and people skills; and
(d) Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.
(1) Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply.
(2) Shortlisted candidates may be required to take a written assessment.
(3) The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and multiple locations within and outside Hong Kong.
