Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Teleco Service Engineer Technician in Hong Kong. This role includes ensuring customer satisfaction by providing support and maintenance, troubleshooting, and system training. Responsibilities

• Work with the Account Manager to solve customers' product and service issues.
• Provide support and maintenance services including routine preventative maintenance.
• Handle daily troubleshooting and follow up on all open technical issues.

About The Role:

• Work with the Account Managerto quickly and efficiently solve customers' product and serviceissues
• Provide support and maintenance services such as routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, system installation &upgrade, and system training
• Handle daily troubleshooting and follow up on all open technical issues until the problem is resolved
• Take over all service issues from the project team after the external handover is complete
• Ensure the quality of services by strictly following company standards and policies

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate holder in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant discipline
• With 1 year ofrelevant experience in the Telco / ICT / CCTV industry
• IT knowledge in hardware, network, and databases
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Willing to work overtime, and will be entitled to OT pay
