Responsibilities

• Assist in installation/support of enterprise telecom systems, 5G, SD-WAN, IoT, and network infra.
• Maintain communication with internal teams and clients for prompt support.
• Provide on-site and remote support across Hong Kong locations.

Job Description

• Support site rollouts, system upgrades, and routine inspections in compliance with safety and quality standards
• Provide on-site hardware maintenance and troubleshooting for desktop PCs, monitors, printers, and peripherals
• Perform component-level repairs including fuser and roller replacements
• Handle hardware and software configuration, administration, provisioning, and diagnostics for Windows-based PCs
• Assist senior engineers in the installation and support of enterprise telephone systems, 5G networks, SD-WAN solutions, IoT devices, and network infrastructure
• Maintain proactive communication with internal teams and clients to deliver prompt on-site and remote technical support
• Perform on-site technical support work across commercial project locations in Hong Kong

Job Requirements

• Secondary education or above in IT, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related disciplines is an advantage
• Fresh graduates or candidates looking to pivot into the IT and engineering industry with zero experience are welcome
• Strong interest in computer hardware, Windows OS, networking concepts, and emerging technologies such as IoT, SD-WAN, and 5G
• Possession of or willingness to pursue professional certifications such as MCSE, MCP, CCNA, or vendor certifications is a plus
• Proactive, self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure with good interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Cantonese with proficiency in English and Putonghua preferred

Employment terms

• Work schedule is Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:30, and Saturday from 08:30 to 13:30 with alternate Saturdays off
• Required to perform stand-by duties and round-the-clock emergency call-out work outside normal working hours when scheduled
• May be required to perform scheduled or overtime work after normal working hours, including Sundays or Public Holidays
• Overtime allowances and comprehensive structured mentorship led by senior mentors are provided
• Clear career progression path from Trainee to Field Engineer and Senior Engineer or Project Lead
