Job summary

MTR Corporation Limited 香港鐵路有限公司 is seeking a maintenance supervisor to lead a small team of Tradesmen in performing maintenance on station systems and equipment across designated lines. The role requires prioritising preventive and corrective maintenance and investigating equipment failures to ensure reliability.

You will supervise and coordinate with external maintenance contractors on modifications and capital and revenue works, including taking over equipment on site.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Diploma in relevant engineering fields with minimum experience as stated.
• Two pathways: 1 year min experience with HD/HC; or 5 years min experience or 2 years post-apprenticeship with Diploma/Certificate.

Job description

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Building Services Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience; OR


• Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Building Services Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience or 2 years’ post apprenticeship experience


• Good communication and supervisory skills

Remarks

• Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered


• Required to perform shift duties and work on weekend and public holidays, when and where required


• The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
