Job summary

MTR Corporation Limited 香港鐵路有限公司 is seeking a maintenance supervisor to lead a small team of Tradesmen in performing maintenance on station systems and equipment across designated lines. The role requires prioritising preventive and corrective maintenance and investigating equipment failures to ensure reliability.

You will supervise and coordinate with external maintenance contractors on modifications and capital and revenue works, including taking over equipment on site.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Diploma in relevant engineering fields with minimum experience as stated.
• Two pathways: 1 year min experience with HD/HC; or 5 years min experience or 2 years post-apprenticeship with Diploma/Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of Tradesmen to perform maintenance works for station systems/equipment in stations and ancillary buildings.
• Prioritise preventive and corrective maintenance and investigate equipment failure.
• Supervise and coordinate with maintenance contractors on modifications and capital & revenue works.
