Job summary

West Kowloon Cultural District Authority seeks a skilled facilities operation professional to oversee building operation, maintenance and technical services for its venues. The role involves supervising outsourced service providers, coordinating E&M/HVAC/R&M tasks, and ensuring safety and quality across WKCD facilities.

The candidate should hold an engineering degree (Building Services/Electrical/Mechanical), with HVAC preference, and be proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Engineering (Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical) or above.
• Preferably with HVAC specialization.
• Proactive, independent and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage building operation, maintenance, repair and provision of technical services for venues and related facilities and systems.
• Supervise outsourced facilities and property management services to ensure high standards for public and internal users.
• Manage vendors for R&M works of E&M, HVAC, P&D, Fire Services and Security, and general facilities.
