Job summary

Langham Hospitality Group in Hong Kong seeks a building services professional to coordinate and supervise E&M operation and maintenance for our properties. You will plan and supervise repair and installation works, and respond to technical enquiries from landlords and tenants to promote service satisfaction.

Candidates should hold a degree or higher diploma in Building Services, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, with at least 1 year in HVAC operation/maintenance; strong English and Chinese

Qualifications

• Good writing skills in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, contract administrate, plan and supervise operation & maintenance for E&M building facilities, emergency repair, E&M modification and installation works, plant operation and fitting-out work in all stages.
• Deal with technical enquiries raised by Landlord/Tenants and resolve technical problems to promote customer satisfaction.
