Hong Kong Parkview Estates Management Limited seeks an Assistant Technical Manager to lead and support the technical teams responsible for maintaining and operating building systems across residential and carpark properties. You will coordinate with contractors, monitor E&M facilities, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate holds a degree or higher diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering with at least five years in property

Qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property maintenance management, with HVAC/MVAC, Chiller Plant and Cooling Water Plant experience.
• REW Grade B is required.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese; honest, high integrity and self-motivated.
• A good team player capable of working under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Assist to manage the technical teams for residential and carpark properties to ensure maintenance and operation of building systems.
• Closely monitor E&M facilities and liaise with contractors for Chiller Plant work.
• Assist Technical Manager with fire safety work and prepare technical reports for stakeholders.
• Liaise with end users, manage contractors and supervise in-house staff to ensure timely, on-budget repairs and maintenance.
• Prepare tender documents, conduct tender analyses/interviews and monitor contractor performance.
• Assist energy management of properties and implement energy conservation initiatives.
• Prepare materials for owners committee meetings and residents' general meetings.
• Prepare appraisal reports for the technical team.
