Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years hands‑on enterprise IT infrastructure management experience in a regulated environment.
• Technical proficiency: Windows/Linux servers, VMware vSphere/Hyper‑V, enterprise SAN/NAS, AD, and M365/Exchange.
• Strong experience with VDI solutions (VMware Horizon/Citrix) and MDM platforms (Intune/VMware Workspace ONE).
• Proven track record in storage automation, backups, Exchange Online migrations, and capacity planning.
• Industry certifications such as VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSE, ITIL, PMP, NetApp/EMC desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and manage physical and virtual server infrastructure, Wintel systems, and enterprise storage platforms.
• Oversee global virtualization platforms, enterprise SAN/NAS storage, backup operations, and DR strategies.
• Administer and modernize Exchange environments, M365 services, AD, Azure AD, and hybrid messaging.
• Design and maintain secure Remote Access, VDI, and Enterprise Mobility (MDM/MAM) solutions.
• Lead complex IT infra projects: upgrades, storage migrations, cloud adoption, lifecycle management.
• Enforce change, incident, problem, and capacity management per banking regulatory standards.
• Develop strategic infrastructure roadmaps, manage vendor relationships, optimize resources.
